We cover the central Brittany area to include Loudeac, Plemet, Josselin, Mohon, Meneac, La Trinite Porhoet, Merdrignac, St Vran, St Gilles du Mene, Plessala and the surrounding towns and hamlets.

I have personally visited each property on the portfolio, and having moved here from the UK in 2004, can offer advice on some of the important aspects of relocating, such as schooling, renovating,  internet connection, banking  etc etc.

We affilate with a leading currency exchange company and mortgage broker to offer you a complete buying package, and guide you through the process from viewing, through to negotiating a sale to final completion.

Offering a friendly, professional and honest service we hope that we can help you find your dream property in Brittany.

Travelling to France

The nearest ferry port to this area is St Malo, serviced by Brittany Ferries.  Slightly further away are the ports of Caen, Roscoff and Cherbourg.

The nearest airport is Dinard – serviced by Ryan Air from both East Midlands and Stanstead airport

We recommend that you bring a car or hire a car in order to fully explore the area.

Viewing Tips

Before coming out to view, we have the following tips

* Set a budget, and if you require a mortgage we advise speaking with our affilate broker prior to your visit

* Decide on how much land you would like.  Land is cheaper here compared to the UK, but remember that several acres can take a lot of upkeep and can soon become a burden.

* Decide if you want town or village properties or rural.  It is also worth remembering that “rural” can be very rural here and you may need to drive 20mins for a essential shopping.
